Triennale di Gesù Morto, Seravezza

The triennial Good Friday celebrations in Seravezza are an old tradition dating back to the 1600s. The procession is a funeral march that leaves the Oratory of Santissima Annunziata before winding its way through the city streets. It’s a striking occasion, as the houses, bridges and terraces are lit by candles and oil lamps.
