In the month of December 1967 the parish priest called "the assembly of the heads of families" and established the "committee for the construction of the new church". Don Dino Fabiani developed the idea of the shape of the roof from the natural observation of a shell attached to a rock: a limpet. The church, dedicated to the Sacred Family, at the request of a parishioner, was the last and inaugurated colemnly on September 6 1970.
