On February 3 and the following days, the relics of San Biagio are worshipped in the Duomo of Pietrasanta, gathered together in the wooden bust which is put on display every year in the middle of the central nave of the Church. Throughout the day a procession of believers proceeds towards the saintly protector of the throat, of animals and of agricultural activity.
