On the evening of 16 January, the communities of Filattiera's constituent hamlets gather in the municipal centre to celebrate St Anthony the Great. After the reception and a procession through the town streets, the countryside is animated with projections and spectacular fireworks which light up the high ground and the low, the pyrotechnicians competing to achieve the biggest flame.
