Two celebrations take place every year at the Oratory of Santa Zita in Succisa, which, according to tradition, is built on the ruins of the home of the Lucchese saint's family. On 27 April and the following Sunday the community gathers at the Oratory and the parish church. The celebrations finish on Sunday afternoon with a procession.
