The municipality's largest town celebrates the Festa di San Nicolò, one of its patron saints along with St John the Baptist, with particular reverence. On the evening of the 5 December a spectacular procession departs from the church of San Giovanni and winds through the streets of the town centre, which are illuminated with hundreds of votive candles. The procession finishes upon reaching a band of people in historical costume, and upon the lighting of a large bonfire in the Tra La Ca park.
