The memory of San Genesio, the dedicatee the Oratory just outside the historic centre of Filetto, is today confined to one day on the liturgical calendar, the 25 August; but the fair that takes place around the Oratory is still rich and vital. It draws the most sought-after merchants in Lunigiana, who set up stall there from 20 to 25 August and sell everything from cars to artisan livestock.
