The Festa della Madonna del Soccorso is the most attended festival in the community of Migliano, and it represents the longest-lived religious following in the town's history. It traditionally occurs on the first Sunday of May, so much so as to be known locally as the festival of the 'First of May', and it takes place in the afternoon with celebrations and a procession.
