Radicofani had 7 hostels for pilgrims in the Middle Ages. This hostel is situated in a medieval house on piazza di San Pietro, donated to the brotherhood in 1900. Restored in the early 2000s, it was opened as a hostel in 2010, following the closure of a smaller building, which had been around since 2007. The hostel now accommodated about 2,000 people every year.
